หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Determine policy and priority of the staff members for Sort.(กำหนดนโยบาย และกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ของพนักงานแต่ละคนในการสะสาง)
- Specify company area and select unneeded items to Sort. (กำหนดพื้นที่ของบริษัทฯ คัดเลือกสิ่งของที่ไม่จำเป็นเพื่อทำการสะสาง)
- Define standard of necessary and unnecessary items and timing to remove necessary items from workplace (กำหนดมาตรฐานในการบ่งชี้ว่าสิ่งของไหนจำเป็นและไม่จำเป็น และเวลาที่ใช้ในการสะสาง)
- Assign location for items and identify responsible person. (กำหนดตำแหน่งที่วางของให้ชัดเจน, ระบุสถานที่ และแต่งตั้งผู้รับผิดชอบ)
- Outline cleaning method, e.g. responsible person, area and scope of cleaning, procedure for use of cleaning tools, and inspector. (กำหนดแผนการทำความสะอาด เช่น กำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบ, พื้นที่และขอบเขตการทำความสะอาด, กำหนดวิธีและการใช้อุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาด และกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบ)
- Provide S standardize methodology manual with explicit objective and regular monitoring (ทำคู่มือในการทำ ส สุขลักษณะ และกำหนดเป้าหมายในการทำ ส สุขลักษณะ และตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ)
- Assign duties and responsibilities for safety and performance purposes of staff members. (กำหนดหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน)
- Organize orientation and training programs on rules and regulations in workplace (ฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานเรื่องกฎ, ระเบียบ และกติกาในการทำงาน)
- Establish working standard in steps regulated by inspection form and manual (สร้างมาตรฐานการทำงานทุกขั้นตอน โดยมีใบตรวจสอบและคู่มือการทำงาน)
- Encourage staff members to always adhere to 5S methodology. (ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส จนเป็นนิสัย)
- Retain and keep well control of documents and records of Management (ควบคุมดูแลจัดเก็บเอกสาร และบันทึกทางด้านการจัดการ)
- Prepare list of evidence of documents in control (จัดทำรายการหลักฐานเอกสารควบคุม)
