IPPUDORamen Bangkok was founded in 1985 in Japan's ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, the internationally renowned Ramen King and founder of IPPUDO, which encompasses some of Japan's finest restaurants. There are over 80 IPPUDO restaurants in Japan, and more than 45 globally in New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Seoul, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chendu, Manila, Jakarta London and Bangkok. IPPUDO has become the most popular ramen restaurant over the years. Kawahara was crowned Ramen King in 2005 and holds a place in the Ramen Hall of Fame after winning the championship 3 times consecutively between 1997-2000 on "TV Champion Ramen Chef" a reputable Japanese television show produced by TV Tokyo.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities
• Map out annual training plans and schedules for Back Office
• Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
• Select appropriate training methods or activities per case (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Coordinate with concerned parties to implement training & development program and ensure effectiveness.
• Follow the other jobs as a superior assignment

Requirement

• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Strong vision and strategic planning skills
• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
