หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• The Network Operation Engineer will operate our Network Operations Team, ensuring our cloud environments' efficient, secure, and reliable operation spanning Azure, AWS, local cloud, and Site infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration
• Oversee the implementation, and support of infrastructure services on Azure, AWS, and local cloud.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all cloud services.
• Manage costs effectively and optimize cloud resources.
• Oversee the implementation, and support of Wire and Wireless services.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of network services.
• Oversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Implement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems.
• Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
• Work with security teams to ensure network environments comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and network infrastructure configurations.
• Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Network Engineer role
• Deep expertise in Layer 3 of the OSI model. If have a certificate CCNA is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and local cloud infrastructure
