CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Responsibilities:
- Build an effective operating plan to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage
- Develop and execute creative marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across various digital channels, such as email marketing, display ads, social media, SEM, co-marketing with partners, etc.
- Create targeted messages and customer communications based on the key value propositions and use cases of our delivery programs.
- Own ongoing A/B testing and optimization of our key marketing programs and channels.
- Partner with product managers to identify needs and help define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
- Identify internal platform and tool improvements that would help our marketing efforts, and champion their development.
- Review financial performance of the business.
Requirements：
- 5+ years professional experience in online marketing to consumers
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing methods and strategies; experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs
- Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up -assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience in graphic design, multimedia / video production, and/or copy-writing
- Experience in either e-commerce or consumer technology
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English, not must but Chinese is perfectly.
