• Supervise Completion Operation

• Plan, control, and ensure the optimization of technical integrity and maintenance of all asset wells and ensure that SSHE matters are in line with PTTEP SSHE MS.

• Promote the implementation of the company’s SSHE policy, regulations, best practices, and industry standards in all works under the responsibility.

• Ensure readiness of necessary well control equipment on-site during Completion and Workover operations.

• Liaise with Completion Engineer to ensure well completion operation execute in safe, most cost-effective and timely manner.

• Conduct safety meeting, lead onsite JHA (Job Hazard Analysis), toolbox meetings, emergency exercises and SSHE/Operations audits.

• Execute X-tree installation/removal and integrity test.

• Knowledgeable on completion running list, prepare assembly and make up tally ensure those are ready for operation.

• Knowledge on fishing operation, understand fishing BHA and principle of all fishing and milling tools.Coordinate with material coordinator in ensuring timely arrival and departure of completion related items to and from the rig

• Provide daily operation report and submit to COMPANY.

• Handover job and provide sufficiency information for back to back when shift change.

• Ensure compliance with the COMPANY’s SSHE standards, policies and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Minimum 3-8 year experience in Drilling or Workover Rig operation

• Have experience of Completion equipment.

• Have experience in Hydraulic Workover operation will be advantage.

• Holding car driving license.

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Must be certified with IADC or IWCF well control (Drilling) certificate.

• Must hold Safety Officer certificate in supervisor level.
