responsibility responsible for hr systems peoplesoft successfactors interfaces ad hoc systems or other erp oversee functions of the human resources information system hris maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools develop and administer standard reports i e demographic and statistical reports for the hr department all the bus and other departments perform analysis of data to meet the needs of customers hr business partners business or functional leaders hr executive team external parties to aid in decision making develop user friendly procedures guidelines and documentation assist in the review testing and implementation of hr system explore evaluate recommend and design new features and functionalities with hr applications conduct root cause analysis of problems and apply business knowledge and practical experience to recommend system and product enhancements demonstrated ability to absorb analyze and understand new information technologies and practices quickly qualification bachelor s degree or higher in hrm applied statistics computer science it or in related fields minimum of 5 years of successful supervisory experience in human resources information system hris administration experience in hr solution management such as peoplesoft successfactors or any hr system understanding of hr database design structure functions and processes strong analytical skills understanding of data sources and ability to use systems to acquire necessary data must be able to discover and see problems that may arise in during cooperation or between personnel able to work as a team or individual good english communication effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills good coordination and analytical skills especially with the functional hr teams i e recruitment c&b time attendance payrolls and accounting
