PMO (Contract 1 year with renewal) 1 Position
Responsibilities:
- To support Project Manager to manage highly complex strategic projects, covering end-to-end delivery across multiple technical and business workstreams.
- Manage key stakeholders/team members on day-to-day operations based on the agreed project plan to deliver the task on time with good quality and within budget
- Manage and Control project governance e.g. project update (Weekly, Monthly, Steering Committee) for both local and regional parties, including take the minutes of meeting (MoM)
- Develop and Maintain action log and coordinate with key stakeholders to complete the assigned tasks on time
- Support PM to develop & control the project plan and escalate critical issues to PM, project sponsor or steering committee.
- Manage the inter-dependencies from each workstream in the project
- Be a change agent in implementing the new process/new system
- Prepare quality status report and materials needed to facilitate critical decisions by the sponsor/ project steering committee
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years experiences in project management, or other related fields in insurance, banking business, consulting or other services industry.
- Have work experience in Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and/or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is plus.
- Proven track record delivering complex business solutions and managing multiple stakeholders, especially related to the digital sales solutions.
- Experience in digital transformation is preferable.
- Strong experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc)
- Ability to work under complex condition and time constraint.

Business Analyst (Contract 1 year with renewal) 1 Position
Responsibilities:
- Gather/Develop business requirement (user story) from related parties together with the business process flow mapping, user interface (UI/UX).
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and ensure the completeness on test script preparation, UAT, training, business simulation/verification and go live readiness checking
- Act as a change agent to ensure the projects deliver the positive result as predefined objective.
- Prepare quality status report and materials needed to facilitate critical decisions by the PM/ Sponsor/ Project Steering Committee.
- Monitor project plan and escalate critical issues to PM or Head of Service solution
Qualifications:
