หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Operation
-Developing and implementing long term sales strategy, growth aDeveloping and implementing long term sales strategy, growth and margins targets with ensuring appropriate resources and processes are in place to meet the business objectives.
-Developing marketing plan based on the set Annual sales target, profit margin and target growth.
-Setting the annual operating plan for designated market in collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve target.
-Encourage, supervise and provide leadership to team's members.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
-Other duties as management assigned.

Management
-Manage work to achieve sales turn over as specified. Included in the sale budget
-Promote and create corporate culture for be strong and support business growth in ASEAN market (Especially local market)
-Communicate strategy and results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions.
-Educate team members

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Qualification
-Bachelor Degree or higher
-Field : 1. Marketing / Business Administration , 2. Packaging technology / General Science , 3. Any related fields
-Male/Female Age 32 years old and above
-English-business level, prefer test score
-Direct experience for shrink sleeve or printing packaging companies such as Shrink Flex, CCL, Saree, BGP, MCC, Eastern Plaspack, TKS, Honchun, Pongsik,
-Professional working experience at least 5 years
-Self-business initiation, development, able to work in a tight working timeline and development
-Have knowledge of beverage, dairy, food, home personal care, and home care.
-Hunting business model, “can do working attitude”
-Result oriented, open minded.
-Experience at least 10 years in film Packaging ( Shrinkable film , Plastic )
-Knowledge and understanding of business and Company business competition
-Knowledge of the company's products and services
-Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, Company budget

-Annual leave 1st Y: Annual 6 days (included prob) (plus 1 day per Y, 2Y accumulate)
