หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all production control operations, including planning, progress tracking, and performance management.
• Identify issues within the production process and lead targeted improvement initiatives.
• Manage and lead all ISO-related tasks, such as document control, audit preparation, and compliance management.
• Supervise, manage, and train the production team, which consists mainly of Thai employees.
• Ensure that Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets are consistently met.
• Prepare various reports and documents using office software like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support maintenance and handle electrical or equipment-related issues (depending on experience).
• Regularly report on performance to the Japanese Plant Manager and provide strategic input for the factory's direction.
• Handle other managerial duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male/Female, Age 35-49 years old
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role
• Basic English communication is acceptable (an interpreter is provided for reporting). Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
• Experience in electrical and equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with ISO-related tasks (can be partially compensated through training)
