หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Work follows all standard procedure of maintenance tasks
2. Able to repair systems & function of hotel such as machine, equipment, structure and architecture
3. Conduct preventive maintenance checklist (Daily, Weekly)
4. Repair and monitor service requests in hotel
5. Inventory & stocks management (record and order a purchase)
6. Conduct all summary reports of maintenance dep. (such as report of room and public area status)
7. Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field of maintenance
- Minimum 1-5 years working experience in maintenance field (maintenance of hotel is plus)
- Good communication (able in English language is plus)
- Able to use Microsoft Office (hotel software is plus)
- Able to flexible shift and work under pressure
- Service mind and multitasking are mandatory
- Enthusiasm (Engagement/Multitasking/Volunteer/Teamwork)
- Systematic thinking (Plus)
- Can do attitude
