หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and SAFE practices.
• Maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) procedures to comply with Company Policy.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Track store outlet orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Analyze and review the supply chain and inventory management systems to identify and resolve issues as needed.
• Perform regular stock checks and report any issues to the Direct Manager.
• Manage up-to-date reports and information on delivery orders, purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock records for items delivered to the warehouse.
• Performing stock outtake and intake activities, including loading, moving, and arranging stocks.
• Safely deliver stock according to requests from the Store or HQ, ensuring the company vehicle is clean and safe for daily use.
• Perform an annual warehouse stock audit.
• Carefully handle company assets, stocks, and goods with safe driving skills.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and tidy every day.
• Any other related tasks will be assigned.

• At least a Vocational Certificate or higher.
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Programs.
