หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Oversee and supervise work within the entire restaurant operations both front and back to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Oversee and manage the store's expenses/raw materials/labor and income within the specified budget.
• Supervise operations regarding the quality of hospitality standards, hygienic food and beverage service, and basic safety.
• Responsible for preparations for daily opening and closing the restaurant.
• Respond to the satisfaction of service users and follow up on solving problems that arise from customer complaints.
• Manage and review employees work schedule to ensure sufficient personnel to perform the job and run operation smoothly.
• Arrange training for new employees of various equipment use to be efficient.
• Manage customer reservations, listen to customer needs, welcome high-level customers together with the sales department.
• Oversee purchasing raw materials and equipment to ensure there is always sufficient supply and coordinating with other departments.
• Summarize and report: operating results, problems and solutions and sales report to General Manager.
