• Create sales strategies and plan to achieve sales target.
• Report pipeline and revenue status to Management Level
• Set goals and plans of the department in accordance with the organization's policy/strategic plan.
• Achieve personal sales target.
• Manage team of Sales Executives, set target, coaching and support team to achieve their personal target.
• Expand customer base and build strong relationship with existing customers.
