หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and stock levels across all online marketplaces with accuracy and attention to brand presentation
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, platform activities, and discount programs to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor and analyze store performance, traffic, and conversion rates to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization
• Manage and oversee the company’s online platforms to ensure effective operations and sales growth
• Ensure that all marketing communication materials are on-brand
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction and top store ratings
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine product positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports summarizing sales performance and campaign outcomes, with actionable recommendations for improvement
