CRM Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with company business goals.
- Identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and retention through CRM initiatives.

CRM System Management:
- Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM database.

Customer Segmentation:
- Segment customer data for targeted marketing and communication strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior to inform personalized marketing campaigns.

Customer Journey Mapping:
- Map the customer journey and identify CRM touchpoints for enhanced experiences.
- Use CRM initiatives to improve interactions from awareness to post-purchase.

Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using CRM data.
- Personalize email communications and promotions to nurture customer relationships.

Customer Feedback and Surveys:
- Implement feedback mechanisms and surveys for customer insights.
- Analyze feedback to address concerns and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Loyalty Programs:
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs for repeat purchases.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
