• Analyze defects, waste, losses, and Muda in the production process
• Reduce machine downtime monitor and improve key performance indicators such as: OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR(Mean Time To Repair)
• Improve production line efficiency work with machines such as: Destack Machine, Restack Machine, Stunner Machine, Defeathering machine, Rehanger machine, Evisceration line, Cut up and deboning machines
• Analyze and Solve machine problems Identify root causes of issues such as: Bird falling from shackles, Incorrect cutting position, Conveyor misalignment, Sensor detection fa ilure and Frequent machine breakdowns.
• Increase yield and Reduce product loss focus on improving meat recovery and reducing waste such as: Reduce meat remaining on bones, Improve cutting accuracy and Reduce product damage.
• Support and Improve inspection systems work with inspection equipment such as: X-ray machines and Grading machines.

• Verify the authenticity of term of reference (TOR).
• Collaborate with clients, manufacturers and designers to propose changes to machine specifications, ensuring they meet the TOR and are suitable for the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with the construction team and MEP systems (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), including air conditioning, electrical, steam and sanitary systems to prepare the building and utilities for machine installation.
• Communicated with vendors through emails and meetings.
• Prepared and reviewed qualification documents of Pharmaceutical machinery Qualification Plan (QP), Risk Assessment (RA), Design Qualification (DQ), Factory Acceptance Test Qualification (FAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Lead the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for machine in the country of manufacture (India, Italy, Germany).
• Oversee the shipping process and installation of machinery on-site, including the installation of utilities for the machinery.
• Participated in Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) Activities for the machines and prepared comprehensive summary reports to hand over the machines to the client. Managed the of equipment and machinery for the entire project at the (Phase II)
