Recruitment
- Create a recruitment plan timeline for mass recruitment.
- Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, developing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and negotiating employment offers.
- Mass Recruitment Hub supervisor, DC leader, Admin, Sorter, Courier, Technician etc.
- Recruit employees through advertising public relations, such as, advertising truck, billboards, and leaflet.
- Compare salaries for similar jobs in industry.
- Monthly report and give recommendations on HR information i.e employee turnover, recruitment result etc.
- Enter data on new employees, and report to payroll department.
Human Resources Business Partner
- Visit new employee, listen to an employees about problem as barriers to work, and report to administrator, in addition to solving the employee’s problem.
- Acted as a strategic partner and consultant to employees, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication of welfare and benefits programs.
- Educated employee to understand HR rules and labor laws, and gave advice when they had staff issues.
- Handled employee relations cases by talking to staff and managers to solve problems fairly. Investigated staff issues, such as conflict between team members and policy violations, and gave suggestions to managers.
