Job Responsibilities
- Responsible and dependable Customer Service Representative
- Skilled in performing office support duties such as providing information to the public, receiving payments and addressing customer complaints.
- Hands on experience in ensuring that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers’ problems and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Managing inventory in the warehouse involves transfers, adjustments, and matching/synchronization.
- Furthermore, one must manage sales orders on the ERP system, such as reviewing Pending, To Ship, Inbound, Outbound, refunded, cancelled, and Irregular orders.
- Coordinate and follow up on orders (late/ instant/ urgent), returns, and claims with the Warehouse Department."
- Manages sales order fulfillment and planning the video content schedule on social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
