• Key Responsibilities: Wastewater treatment plant Projects (Solving problems along the project and controlling the project within the scope of TOR)
• Create a AM, PM Plan with the technician team for maintenance of the Boiler, WWTP, and RO system and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient machine maintenance
• Create a Calibration Plan (Headquarter plant) and analyze the reports for for ISO 17025, FSSC 22000
• Stable US supply to all Production (Electric, Steam, Water, Air, Chiller), Control, and Monitoring KPI following the criteria such as steam cost
• Leading the team to correct the Machine Breakdown and analysis by using the Why-Why Analysis and Pareto diagrams to identify root causes
• Control and monitoring of the Breakdown rate (lower than 3%), MTBF, MTTR
• Contact and coordinate with suppliers to request quotations for spare parts and equipment (OEM and local parts), as well as parts validation, to reduction costs (total savings in 3 years: 5.76M)
• Backup PLC Program (Simatic S7, WinCC, HMI) and report weekly performance to the superior
