- บริหาร ควบคุมกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการขนส่งถุงไปรษณีย์ ของ ปณท ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย เป้าหมาย
มาตรฐานและแนวทางตามที่ ปณด กำหนดไว้
- บริหารจัดการยานพาหนะเพื่อรองรับการให้บริการขนส่งไปรษณีย์และงานของฝ่ายการขายและฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวเนื่องให้เป็น
ไปตามระเบียบที่กำหนด (งานเสริม ปณท,งานเสริม กข,ปล,ปฮ)
- บริหารจัดการด้านแรงงาน ณ จุดแลกเปลี่ยนถุงไปรษณีย์ (HUB)
- ควบคุมการใช้น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงพร้อมทั้งสรุปรายงานการใช้น้ำมันเป็นรายสัปดาห์
- งานโต้ตอบหนังสือภายใน / ภายนอกและรายงานเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการขนส่ง เช่นชี้แจงเรื่องการส่งมอบงานช้าหรือไม่เป็นไปตามสัญญา
- วิเคราะห์ / หาสาเหตุ / การแก้ไข / รายงานอุบัติเหตุประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานเอกสารใบสำคัญประกอบการวางบิล
- รายงานสุ่มตรวจสารเสพติด / แอลกอฮอล์ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ควบคุมดูแลเงินสำรองจ่ายของส่วนงานให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และหักล้างเงินสำรองจ่ายตามที่ฝ่ายกำหนด
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้ภารกิจสำเร็จและเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย
- จัดทำรายงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในงาน ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชา และงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
