Including safety activities and improvements - All Maintenance/Engineering Functions : All Machine, Utility & Facility Systems , Project Management , Cost Management in Engineering/Machine, Facility & Utility Maintenance (Opex & Capex), Spare Part Management , All Hard Services (Air Compressor, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling, Air Conditioning, HVAC, Clean Room, Solar cell panel system, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Softener, RO water, Purify water and Distiller water System, Fire Protection Systems, Fire Pump System, MDB & Transformer & High Voltage Supply Systems Etc.), Pest control, Contractor / Outsource Management, People Development/Management - Controlling all maintenance plans & unplanned jobs of all utility & facility systems in factory and all machines in production lines - Controlling corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvement maintenance, budget controlling, project management, control maintenance cost, organization development, Safety improvement - Prepare spare parts management system to controlling the spare parts stock level and prepare spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance. - Controlling and maintaining spare parts, maintenance tools store and equipment - Overseeing team & people management & execution - Being responsible for other jobs assigned from top management.
