- Marketing strategies, tactics, and targeting ensuring information is presented in a brand-friendly, - Responsible for setting up, optimizing, and managing digital media buys, and other projects - Monitor campaign performance and optimizations. - Recommend new processes or workflow modifications on media strategy and planning to make workflow is better - Develop business plan to increase sales volume by doing promotions, discounting, gift with purchase - Develop distribution channel and planning channel strategies. - Budgeting and allowcation budgets to efficiency. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns including online-offline, above the line- below the line. - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Collaborate with agencies and outsource - Analyze customer data to develop and conduct marketing strategy - Able to indicate brand positioning and develop marketing plan to match with target customers - Analyze competition situation and design competitive advantage plan. - Understanding the customer experience combined with regular market research - Prepare performance analysis report and make actionable recommendations.
