2. Check customer NCB.
3. Coordinate with customer.
4. Check income documents of customer.
5. Examine customer’s bank statement.
6. Examine client’s accounts or bank statement for 3-6 months period.
7. Contact HR department of the company client works for to confirm client’s identity.
8. Check income document of client e.g. salary certificate/slip.

รายละเอียดงาน :
Position: Customer Services Officer. - Provide advice about loans to client.
1.Examine documents and qualifications of client (primary stage) to meet with company’s guideline.
2. Evaluate documents of loan applicant.
3. Approve loan limit based on company’s guideline.
4. Check record credit bureau and NCB of client.
5. Examine client’s accounts or bank statement for 3-6 months period.
6. Check income document of client e.g. salary certificate/slip.
7. Coordinate with client for incomplete/missing document.
8. Contact HR department of the company client works for to confirm client’s identity.
9. Make a call to emergency contact in case client cannot be contacted.
10. Make a call to pay inform when loan is approved and at what limit and explain how to pay back the loan in details.
11. Register client information into company’s system.
