- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Office and Operations roles across Bangkok and Phuket (60+ branches), including Logistics staff and Maintenance Technicians.
- Coordinate all recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding timelines.
- Prepare employment contracts, arrange uniforms, coordinate IT equipment setup, and support new employee orientation with the HR Training team.
- Maintain and update employee records, including new hires and employee resignations.
- Process criminal background check documentation and airport access pass applications for new employees.
- Post job vacancies across multiple platforms (JobsDB, LinkedIn, JobThai, JobBKK, Facebook, TikTok) and conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment events (Job Expo 2025 & 2026).
- Create and manage recruitment and employer branding content on company Facebook and TikTok platforms.
- Recruit interns for both Office roles (IT, Graphic Design, Creative Content, HR, Procurement, Accounting) and Operations roles, including Barista positions.
- Provide training and onboarding for new HR Recruitment team members, covering recruitment processes, documentation, employment contract drafting, and coordination with internal departments.
- Ensure new employees understand standard operating procedures (SOPs) and can perform recruitment tasks effectively.
- Handle recruitment of foreign employees from Laos and Myanmar.
- Coordinate accommodation, social security registration, and tax ID processing for foreign employees.
- Assist foreign employees with criminal background checks at the Royal Thai Police and support SCB bank account opening process.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys regarding benefits and workplace issues across branches in Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang Airport, Phuket Airport, and Bangkok locations.
- Recruit part-time baristas for both short-term and long-term events, including high seasons.
- Conduct weekly meetings to develop recruitment strategies and explore new sourcing channels and job platforms.
