บริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคลภายในโรงงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วางแผนอัตรากำลังคน ประเมินผลประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน จัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร และจัดหลักสูตรการอบรมตามนโยบายององค์กรเพื่อออกแบบแผนการพัฒนาบุคล สรรหาบุลคลที่มีความสามารถ ให้มาร่วมงาน เรียนรู้ และเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมการทำงานขากร วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทักษะใน Area ด้านต่างๆ ของแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อพัฒนาการทำงาน เช่น JD, Scope of Work กระตุ้นให้ทีมงานตระหนัก และเรียนรู้ที่จะพัฒนาการทำงาน และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา (Grow) สรุปรายงานผล และแผน Action plan การบริหารจัดการทีมงานทุกตำแหน่งในองค์กร
