- Receive orders from customers order via mobile phone, online platform (Shopee/Line) and walk-in. - Offer products (Spare parts) and find opportunities to sell products to all stores of the company. - Order spare parts that’s not available in the Minsen stock for sale from Kubota (Online Websale) - Prepare tax invoices and check the accuracy of each store's discounts in the SAP program. - Controlling the quantity of products in Minsen stock and arranging products for sale in each promotion. - Categorize sales documents and shipping documents for each store. - Coordinate sales with various departments via email. - Answer questions or problems about the product and provide after-sales service.
