Provide support for computer-related issues and usage to employees. Prepare machines according to the baseline and deliver them to employees. Clear and manage machines according to the baseline upon return from employees. Monitor and maintain the stock of machines and peripherals. Manage and inspect user accounts for software and internal systems within the company, such as Google Workspace Admin, Slack, Jira, and Wi-Fi systems. Manage and maintain Mac machines through MDM (Mobile Device Management) and Apple Business Manager. Maintain IT assets such as printers, workstations, Apple TVs, and projectors in working condition. Provide IT support to the HR department and other units as assigned. Manage network systems, troubleshoot network issues for user accessibility, and explain problems to users in case of internet outages or slowdowns.
