-Managed total sales exceeding 100M THB/month across multiple categories, including Men’s Fashion, Men’s Business, Men’s Gadgets, Women’s Apparel, Sportswear, IG Brand Pop-up, Luggage, Unisex Shoes, Sport Shoes, Luxury Sunglasses, Sanrio, and Zeenzone.
Set monthly sales targets for all brands within the department store (CDS) and closely monitored performance to ensure achievement of overall store sales targets.
-Analyzed sales data to identify causes of sales decline and developed strategic action plans to improve category performance and drive continuous sales growth.
-Planned and managed promotional spaces and extra areas, while negotiating with brands to onboard and maximize sales opportunities in line with business targets.
-Monitored new arrivals, best-selling products, and slow-moving items, while proposing markdowns, promotions, and repeat orders to improve sell-through performance.
-Led assortment planning, replenishment strategies, rolling forecasts, and pre-allocation buying to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
-Coordinated internally and externally with Store Managers, Area Managers, Sales Managers, Buyers, Suppliers, Merchandise Teams, and Buying Teams to ensure smooth operations and effective stock management.
-Managed client orders, tracked shipments, followed up on deliveries, and maintained inventory accuracy while forecasting product demand.
