Front Office -Check in - Check out -Answering calls and respond to chats, respond to emails, provide details of rooms or issues to customers. -Room reservation documents and contact online agencies such as Traveloka or Agoda when bookings have problems. -Charging from Agoda and Booking.com in the back system. -Coordinate with other departments and resolve issues, -Check cleanliness and tidiness. -Work under the LH system. -Activity Leader Food and Beverage -Make drinks such as tea, coffee, etc. -Waiter and order taker -Cook food according to delivery orders, such as Grab, Line Man.
