o ตรวจเช็คความเรียบร้อยความพร้อมสวยงามของโครงการคอนโด , สำนักงานขาย , เอกสารประกอบการขาย ห้องตัวอย่าง o ทุกวันโทร Follow lead ลูกค้าจากสื่อต่างๆ Facebook ,Web ,Line AD,call in ที่ฝ่าย marketing ส่งมาให้ และจาก walk in ที่เข้ามาชมโครงการ o survey คู่แข่งเพื่อเป็นการอัพเดทข้อมูลข่าวสาร วิเคราะห์จุดแข็งจุดอ่อนของคู่แข่งเพื่อนำมาปรับประยุกต์การขาย oเข้าตรวจเช็คห้อง รายการ Defect oต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาชมโครงการ ( Walk in )การนำเสนอขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง การตอบหรือแก้ข้อโต้แย้งของลูกค้า และปิดการขาย

o ตรวจเช็คความเรียบร้อยตาม Daily Checklist ,ความพร้อมของตัวพนักงานขายในทีม ความพร้อมและความเรียบร้อยสวยงามของโครงการ , สำนักงานขาย , เอกสารประกอบการขาย บ้านตัวอย่าง,ความพร้อมของบ้านสต็อก และรายงานผล o ทุกวันโทร Follow lead ลูกค้าจากสื่อต่างๆ Facebook ,Web ,Line AD,call inที่ฝ่าย marketing ส่งมาให้ และจาก walk in ที่เข้ามาชมโครงการ และยังไม่ตัดสินใจซื้อ วิเคราะห์ลูกค้าว่า เป็นลูกค้ากลุ่มไหน แบ่งเกรดลูกค้า และวางแผนตามลูกค้าที่เหลือ รายงานผล Follow ที่นัดหมายลูกค้าได้ในสัปดาห์นี้ว่ามีกี่รายให้กับผู้ช่วยผจก.รับทราบ o survey คู่แข่งเพื่อเป็นการอัพเดทข้อมูลข่าวสาร วิเคราะห์จุดแข็งจุดอ่อนของคู่แข่งเพื่อนำมาปรับประยุกต์การขาย oบันทึกข้อมูลการ Follow up ลูกค้าลงในระบบ ERP และเขียน detail ชื่อ อาชีพ รายได้ ความต้องการ งบประมาณของลูกค้าอย่างละเอียดเพื่อทำให้การ Follow เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ oเข้าตรวจเช็คบ้าน รายการ Defect oต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาชมโครงการ ( Walk in )การนำเสนอขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง การตอบหรือแก้ข้อโต้แย้งของลูกค้า และปิดการขาย
