3.Mechanical & HVAC Oversight:
Supervised the installation of Chiller systems, AHUs, chilled water piping, and ductwork,
ensuring accurate air balancing and optimal system performance.
4.Piping Engineering:
Directed the installation of high‑pressure industrial piping systems (Gas, CDA, and Process
Water) in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ISO standards.
5.Project Controls:
Prepared detailed Material Take‑Off (MTO), cost estimates, and progress reports to
maintain project budget control and schedule compliance.
6.Site Supervision & Coordination:
Coordinated with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site
issues and ensure high‑quality construction execution.

Design piping systems to accommodate pressure, temperature, and flow requirements,
considering system dynamics and operational performance.
2.Project Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and clients to ensure
piping designs meet project requirements and timelines.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of piping materials and
components.
Supervise the construction phase to ensure the proper installation and alignment of
piping systems according to approved designs.
3.Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with local and international piping codes and standards, such as
ASME, API, ASHRAE, etc.
Perform quality checks on piping drawings, material lists, and specifications to ensure they
meet the project requirements.
Identify and resolve any design or installation issues that arise during the project lifecycle. 4.Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical support for troubleshooting piping system issues, including leaks,
vibrations, and other system inefficiencies.
Offer on-site support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure
the system operates correctly.
5.Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as piping specifications, reports, and
progress updates.
Review and approve as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness.
6.Team Collaboration & Development:
Collaborate with other engineering teams, including mechanical, structural, and electrical
engineers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
