Job Description: Daily duties: Morning shift opens the restaurant, prepare equipment for selling
lunch, set tables, place equipment according to hotel regulations, prepare equipment and place
equipment on the dining table, clean the front of the restaurant, back of the restaurant, open the
dining room, take orders from customers, repeat orders, serve water, serve food, serve customers,
smile at customers, greet customers, take customers to their tables, slowly serve customers until
check out time, wash dishes, spoons, glasses, clean tables until the restaurant closes, close the shift,
clear tables, chairs, clean, prepare equipment for tomorrow, calculate daily totals and submit reports
to boss.
