1.Manage the IT Helpdesk, IT Call Center, and IT Support team at the site. 2.Oversee the asset management system for the entire company. 3.Support the City Soft POS system for Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, and ICONSIAM. 4.Maintain various systems for Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, and ICONSIAM, such as printers, servers, parking systems, and Microsoft Exchange. 5.Handle and resolve issues in office support and retail stores within the shopping malls (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM). 6.Plan and build an IT team to support the organization. 7.Develop service standards (Service Level Agreement) for IT and support tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations. 8.Plan, establish guidelines for auditing, and maintain IT systems according to standards, and plan for risk prevention. 9.Manage expenses and budget efficiently to align with goals within the allocated budget. 10.Oversee the POS, Auto Cash, and IP Phone systems.
