• Develop and execute B2B digital marketing and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including SEO-optimized content, blog writing and EDM campaigns via Mailchimp.
• Own country-level Profit & Loss (P&L), monitoring revenue, margin and costs to support sustainable growth.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, working closely with operations and sales teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Develop and implement country business strategies aligned with regional/global goals and local market dynamics.
• Support key accounts, especially large multinational clients and strategic industries, as a senior point of contact.
