- Safety patrol (5S&safety patrol every day, Maker, Forklift, Truck safety patrol every week and Safety committee patrol every month). - Safety patrol new Machine - Safety committee meeting and make a report monthly - Risk assessment (new line, new machine, accident case, etc.) - Promote and support safety activities (Traffic accident, Hiyari-hatto, Safety Week, KY note, etc). - Check shuttle bus and commuter every month. - Training safety rule of employees, contractors, supplier, maker). And control according of safety rule. - Government safety document and report - Safety report by safety officer (Jorpor wor form) - Chemical report (Sor aor 1), Chemical hazard assessment report (Sor aor 2) - Accident investigation report - Register safety officer management ,professional , supervisor level - etc. - Summary submit safety statistic. - Accident investigation and report (Meeting with safety committee within 24 hour after the accident) - Responsibility in workplace monitoring (light, sound, heat, Chemical) and report to government as Law. - Follow up and update Safety legal and other requirement. - Hazardous Chemical control and MSDS. - Supply and control PPE equipment to employees. - Prepare a Occupational Safety, health Environment master plan and control.
