• • Together drive plant KPIs with production (Lead time, Productivity, Scrap and Rework, Cost, Delivery). To ensure all project and products are delivered on-time with highest quality standard and lowest possible cost. • Ensure project are completed on budget and aligned with organizational strategy goals, clarify project components as needed. • Coordinate and support Process Engineer team on medium and long terms for problem solving and quality improvement. • Support production on an urgent case, providing fast actions and solutions for solve the problem both short and long terms. • Collaborate with production to drive Kaizen and 5S system. • Establish taskforce team to drive activity and ensure that they are aligned with management strategy. • Lead and work together with cross functional to increase efficiency, capacity, capability and productivity. • Collaborate with team to support capacity expansion project. • Collaborate with Centre for new technology that will apply/implement at production for productivity and quality improvement. • Coaching team and ensure that team will and able to apply Lean concept, data analysis, statistics or scientific, for run project.

• Product Development Manager • New product development; creating new product starting from 3D design by SolidWorks and make rapid phototype by using 3D printer for approval the shape and size, analysis QC in line dimension to monitoring • Coordinate with marketing team to get requirement for new product development; Ceramics and Packaging • BOM & Routing and Item master create in MSAX after passed validation for NPD. • Case mold making from Plaster, Resin, Rubber. • Equipment/Jig/Fixture preparing for support production requirement. • CAD/CAM create for mold making to align with approved drawing/sample from marketing team. • Packaging development for corrugated box, color box, booklet, sleeve wrape, label etc. • Identify and source assembly materials and vendors by working together with PR. • Work closely with Production team to find out the optimize process. Product and Process Development Manager Be one of the team that establish Le Creuset first stoneware factory in Asia, main responsible are : • Plant and process design and analysis (start from the location selection). • Coordinate with BOI and Factory department in Chiang Mai and Lamphun, Local government about all permit that need to get before starting construction and production. • Project feasibility analysis, IRR calculation, CAPEX, P&L, ROI. • Leader of the project setting up system of product design in Thailand (this part included product design, mold design, packaging design by apply SolidCAD and SolidCAM). • Coordinate with machine maker in Europe and Asia and also clear about machine specification that need to meet with process and layout of Le Creuset. • ERP and MRP setting up in MicrosoftAX, BOM and Rounting create. • New product development; qualify, optimize, and validate processes/tooling for new product including develop and support process documentation. • Process development; perform engineering troubleshooting to achieve the target of quality, productivity, efficiency, utilization, ergonomics etc. Update plant layout and coordinate with Cost controller by providing operating information.

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Engineer : Expert Quality Control • Design and set up process of quality data collection. • Analysis and monitor quality data in each section and feed back to related sections. • Be one of the team in project of quality improvement. Quality Assurance • Product deign engineer by received client's drawings to consider weather we can produce by HOYA's current process if can't produce need to negotiate with client to produce under current performance or need more time to run trial testing then convert into HOYA's drawing form and also evaluate effect of products design changed. • Find out the cause of the claims that got feed back from client and set the collective and preventive actions then inform these back to client. • Be one of the internal audit team. Process & Quality Improvement Leader of project Process & Quality improvement cooperate with outsource IE consultant (JMAC company) • Improve productivity and process performance by apply LEAN, SMED, Motion&Time study etc. • Continuous observation in critical sections such as Pressing, Inspection and Mould making to find out the Regular work, Frequency work, Additional work, Involuntary and Voluntary delay then use ECRS to decrease non-value added time as much as can be done. • Create sampling procedures for inspection section. • Find out the root cause of main defects in process to increase OEE ratio especially in part of quality rate. • Create and set up empowerment standard of operators in critical section. • Create and set up visual control for some part of each sections to reduce the time of searching or operating. • Apply the general knowledge of these tools for collect data, find out the root cause of problem, analyse and summarize then inform all related section : lean(muda), FMEA, 3Mu, Ho-Ren-So, PokaYoke, Ergonomics, Why-Why analysis, M-M chart, P-M analysis, QC 7 tools, Cause and Effect diagram, Brainstroming, 3Gen and so on. • To educate supervisors in knowledge of basic IE and general using in MSExcel.
