1. Strategic Financial Management & P&L Oversight

Regional P&L Management: Manage Regional Profit & Loss (P&L) and control annual budgets using SAP. Validate GR/IR Accrued data for accurate financial reporting and month-end closing.

Revenue Generation: Analyze market trends to identify and acquire Non-network clients, creating new revenue streams and maximizing internal resource utilization.

2. Data Analytics & Decision Support

Utilization & ROI: Extract HIS data via Power Query to create Power BI dashboards for tracking equipment usage. Conduct ROI analysis correlating revenue with technical lifespans to support procurement decisions.

Maintenance Analytics: Analyze maintenance logs using Descriptive Statistics to forecast spare parts needs and identify high-risk equipment for proactive replacement.

3. Medical Equipment Lifecycle Management

Asset & EOL Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of medical assets from acceptance to write-off, ensuring Data Integrity. Manage End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) risks to plan strategic replacements.

4. Maintenance Operations & Quality Assurance

Maintenance Strategy: Execute PM/CAL schedules (100% completion) for in-house and outsource teams. Evaluate vendor performance based on cost and quality.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and HA/JCI standards. Monitor ECRI/FDA safety alerts and implement immediate corrective actions.

5. Process Optimization & Resource Planning

Resource Planning: Analyze repair jobs to design targeted User Training that reduces user-error breakdowns. Optimize Spare Parts inventory based on historical usage to minimize costs.
