- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. - Create and manage engaging content to drive traffic and brand awareness. - Monitor social media channels, engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages. - Identify, evaluate, and contract bloggers, influencers and celebrities for resort reviews. - Manage relationships with content creators and analyze influencer campaign performance. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, and present findings to the EAM for discussion and approval. -Respond to guest comments and reviews across online channels, including - OTAs, Google Business and social media platforms. - Coordinate with Chinese social media agencies to enhance presence on platforms like Weibo and Redbook (content and advertising). - Oversee and update content on the hotel website and OTAs. - Localize content from English. - Analyze OTA performance data for develop strategies of marketing and present findings to the EAM for discussion and approval. - Coordinate with the Hyatt Thailand Cluster Digital Marketing team for report and regional campaigns. - Review and analyze monthly digital marketing reports for accuracy and insights. - Explore new opportunities in online voucher sales and OTA channels. - Align digital marketing strategies with internal sales, revenue, F&B and other teams.
