-Up-to-date with current fashion trends and styling techniques. -Carry out Sample picking for creates stories of fashion trends. -Maintain of garment presentation with good garment care every day together with store team. -Perform the window displays according to the brand manual. -Handle Visual Merchandiser material and visual scheme orders. -Control quantity and condition of all incoming visual material. -Maintain and care for all display and interior material. -Keep visual room organized and safe. -Share, inspire and educate the store team on seasonal trend information. -Perform sales follow-up and initiate actions to reach sales targets. -Lead the store team to ensure high-quality, commercial garment presentation. -Adapt the store planning according to store needs and budget from the Commercial plan. -Maintain overview, follow up, evaluate, and give feedback on sales KPIs to the management team. Initiate changes to improve the business together with the Store Manager. -Evaluate & develop the visual and commercial skills of the store team through regular visual training for all colleagues to support garment presentation in line with the Commercial Handbook. -Identify future Visual Merchandiser talent for succession.
