Recruit • Manage and control recruitment activities include sourcing, advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers. • Composing job advertisements in Thai and English and liaising with job advertising websites and classified media including social media recruitment channels. • Prepare a report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track. • Utilize creative opportunities to raise the Company brand in the marketplace. • Build relationships with universities and recruiters to source a strong pipeline of talent. • Implement an Onboarding program for new recruits to accelerate performance delivery, enhance culture fit, and create a team-building culture. • Simplify working processes and develop tools to reduce administrative tasks. Visa & Workpermit • Arranged Visa & Work permits for foreigner staff. ( Vietnamese, Chinese, Singaporean). Take care of visa extensions and work permits for foreigners, including 90 days of reporting. Payroll/C&B • Process monthly payroll, accumulate and check the data for accuracy. • Conduct employees statutory and tax contributions (PIT). • Suggest and manage group insurance, including vendor survey and package negotiation for the company. • Design and propose competitive local C&B package, in collaboration with TW HQ. Office Operation • Manage GA and ISD tasks to improve overall process • Manage budget and forecast of HR Department • Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary • Telephone/Mobile Expenses as requirements • Uniform/PPE/Safety Shoes • Locker Control & Record • Training Supporting Internal & External, Training Record • Employees Relations, Company Activities • To communicate down information/message/policy to employees. • Document Control 5S, HR, Safety, General, Letter in & out
