As part of the 2nd level Technical Operations team, provide support for the internal teams
focused on service delivery and support of products, systems & networks within the core enterprise
infrastructure. This enterprise product (EJV) is the strategic Database of Record (DBOR) for Fixed
Income data within Refinitiv, it is running on the on-premise Solaris Unix, RedHat Linux and
Windows Servers within 3 data centers, and some parts are being transitioned to be
cloud based.

Ensure full compliance to operational standards, procedures and best practice. This involves
close liaison with various operational, project, development and product teams globally as well
working within the Service Organization to ensure ongoing service and support can be maintained to
agreed service levels.
