1.Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and manage onboarding procedures.
Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
2.Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee conflicts and concerns.
Implement and maintain policies that foster a positive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve organizational practices.
3.Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure they are conducted fairly and
consistently.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
4.Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee
benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
5.Compliance and Legal:
Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation and best practices.
6.Organizational Development:
Support organizational change initiatives and drive HR-related projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures
