Planning -Manage and controlling stock availability, stock levels and minimize the out-of-stock issues. -Anticipate stock demands based on current and future business functions. -Order Replenishment Management -Stock platform management -Assist the Supervisor to identify and execute cost-saving and improvement opportunities in supply chain planning and execution areas including network planning, inventory optimization. - Support a collaborative, innovative and results-oriented environment with peers and cross-functional teams resulting in shares best practices. -Maintain the supply chain data in the system (Product master Management) - Initiate the report for data analysis. Provide the best practice standard working procedures. - Drive & Delivery the Supply Chain and Company KPIs. - Perform other duties as assigned. Procurement : -Sourcing new supplier to meet the company policy and procedure. Negotiation for Price/Quality/payment/agreement -Issue PO and Follow up delivery. Coordinate with other department (marketing/Kitchen/Operation/accounting) -Analyze purchasing data to identify cost reduction opportunities. -Improve procurement performance in terms of cost saving, supplier sustainability, category,strategy, and procurement & sourcing process Warehouse&transportation : -Plan,Follow-up and control day to day warehouse operation -Ensure space optimization in order to keep inventory available for newly received goods -Cycle count and update inventory By Weekly/Monthly -Schedule and oversee staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.

-Ensure that all purchasing lines are monitored and planned in accordance with the purchasing schedule and warehouse requirement. -Provide necessary advice or information about inventory, discrepancies and divergences. -Manage the good relationship between suppliers, store and warehouse to ensure order delivery to warehouse or stores are on-time and in-full, following company procedures and guidance. -Monitor the recall of discontinued or recalled stock from stores to warehouse / return to supplier -Meets with vendors to negotiate purchasing and delivery process. -Negotiating and supervising supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers. -Attends internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules, new catalogue and procurement needs. Forecasts requirements and orders products to meet sales demands. -Ensuring stores have enough stock with the right products at right time -Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand -Overseeing the ordering and packaging process -Monitoring stock levels and stock coverage -Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination -Overseeing arrival of shipments
