•Recruiting contract in IT, Engineering, and Back-office including Technician employees for client companies in various industries.
• Sourcing candidates via various channels including traditional job boards and social media.

• Using both Skills and Behavior-based interviewing techniques to match candidates to the right jobs for their careers.

- Consolidating and standardizing employee benefits provided by clients, such as mobile, travel, hotel, and hardship allowances.
