-Monitor and execute purchase and sales contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
-Oversee and track contracts for food suppliers, maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth transactions.
-Maintain accurate records of contracts, shipping schedules, and budget sheets.
-Coordinate and adjust shipping schedules with suppliers and oversea team to ensure timely delivery.
-Quickly resolve shipment-related issues between suppliers and the oversea teams.
-Identify and evaluate potential food suppliers, gathering key information on products, pricing, and trade requirements.
-Contact suppliers to verify product details, FOB prices, and other trade terms.
-Track shipping schedules and ensure all necessary export and import documents are in place.
-Research import statistics, tariffs, and costs for target food products to identify the best trade partners.
-Work closely with internal logistics and import teams to provide updates on shipment schedules and quantities.
-Preparing and dispatch sample of products to supplier and customer
-Work closely with oversea teams for cross-border shipment
