Lead the recruitment team and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all position levels from receiving manpower requests to employee onboarding across 21 affiliated companies.
Collaborate with Heads of Business Units on manpower planning, analyzing the requirements of each position and department to align the organization’s structure with business goals.
Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Contact educational institutions to promote and recruit students for the Dual Vocational Training Program.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring performance and progress.
Analyze and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sources of hire.
Develop and enhance recruitment processes to be more agile, modern, and responsive to the organization’s evolving needs.
Research and benchmark salary and benefits data with other organizations.
Conduct assessment processes for employees under consideration for advancement or promotion.
Collect and prepare job descriptions for all employee positions.
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, identify reasons for leaving, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with the HROD teams to support overall HR functions.
