1. Prepare production process documents (SOPs, process cards), determine material codes, and set work standards.
2. Solve technical problems (e.g., springback, welding deformation, machine adjustments).
3. Handle quality issues and production defects, analyze root causes, and provide corrective actions.
4. Improve production efficiency and material usage through layout and process improvement.
5. Design/propose tooling such as bending dies and welding jigs, and participate in inspection and verification.
6. Supervise new product trial runs, train operators, and monitor process compliance.

• Assist in all matters relating to the processes, focusing on quality improvement, productivity & quality enhancement, and cost reduction.
• Handle customer complaints (Corrective Action Report) & follow-up results WIP (for Customer Service Engineer).
• Cooperate with other departments and customers.
