• Managed and controlled end-to-end import–export logistics operations, from job initiation through final cargo release.
• Prepared and administered Shipment Job Orders via the Zoho system in alignment with operational plans.
• Verified and ensured the accuracy of critical documentation including Commercial Invoice & Packing List
(CIPL), Packing List, Customs Declarations, and Bills of Lading (HBL / MBL)
• Extracted and prepared shipment data from DPX system in Excel format to support customs declarations preparation by the Shipping team.
• Reviewed and validated draft customs declarations prior to official customs submission.
• Prepared booking details and transmitted AWS information via the LOGIVICE system to process with freight space booking.
• Planned and coordinated freight bookings, managed booking schedules, and handled related
documentation in collaboration with freight forwarders.
• Supervised Car Manifest updates to ensure data completeness prior to customs declaration submission.
• Recorded and managed shipment data in the Netbay system and submitted customs declarations electronically.
• Administered document submission via the E-Office system to freight forwarders for customs inspection and cargo release, and prepared Customs Declaration 02 for handover to the Operations team to complete final release procedures.
• Ensured all recorded data in the system was accurate and complete before forwarding to the Contact Manager for billing processing.

• ประสานงานกับสายเรือเพื่อตรวจสอบกำหนดการเรือ (ETA) และติดตามสถานะใบตราส่งสินค้า (B/L)
• เปิดและจัดการงานนำเข้าในระบบ TAWAN รวมถึงการตั้งเบิกค่าใช้จ่าย
• จัดส่งเอกสารศุลกากร (แบบฟอร์ม 02, 04) ให้กับลูกค้า
