-Co-ordinate with brokerages team and overseas agent to arrange shipment as planned.
-Book space with co-loader/carrier (Main LCL) and release booking to customer
-Submit SI & VGM.
-Co-ordinate with consignee to update schedule and ask for greenlight before arrange shipment.
-Book truck with transport team for pick up and loading as planned.

รายละเอียดงาน :

-Issue export documentation including Invoice, Packing list, vessel booking, SI and Purchase order.
-Maintain accurate records and databases related to export activities.
Co-ordinate with supplier for order (Japan/Indonesia), freight forwarder and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate logistics.
-Reviewing draft export entry, draft B/L and draft Insurance.
-Prepare FORM JTEPA & FORM D.
