  • • Download orders from customer’s systems.
  • • Create Sales order (SO), Delivery order (DO) -
  • until issue Invoice (INV) in SAP systems.
  • • Confirm orders in customer’s systems for printing –
  • customer’s barcode.
  • • Prepare document (INV, customer barcode)
  • for delivery send to warehouse teams.
  • • Prepare and organize invoices for the BOI department-
  • at the end of every month.
  • • Support billing customers.
  • • To coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Production, Purchasing and other
  • • Support & negotiate for customer surveys demand increase-
  • decrease and delivery problem.
  • Admin (Center of Department).
  • • Fix asset control of Department,
  • - Check and Update, current fixed assets.
  • - Register new Fix asset including disposal of unused fixed assets.
  • • Information Security Management (ISM committee),
  • - Training ISM knowledge to All member.
  • - Prepare ISM document for Audit.
  • • ISO IATF16949 (leader).
  • - Register, review and cancel document ISO.
